Shipping & Delivery Policy

For International buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International speed post only. For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 3-5 days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms. NEXOVO GROUP is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 3-5 days rom the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration. 2. Registration and Payment

Conference Registration:

To register for a conference, you must complete the registration form on our website. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information as required during the registration process. By registering, you agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your registration.

Payment Terms:

All payments for conference registration must be made in accordance with the payment instructions provided on the registration page. Payments must be made in full at the time of registration to confirm your participation. We accept payment through the methods specified on our website.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

• All cancellations must be sent in writing via e-mail to the Program Coordinator
• If the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her participation to another person or event, then the following refund arrangements apply –
• Keeping in view of advance payments towards Venue, Printing, Shipping, Hotels and other overheads, we had to keep Refund Policy is as following slabs-
• Before 60 days of the conference: Eligible for Full Refund less $150 service Fee
• Within 60 days of Conference: Not eligible for Refund
• Note: Refund/Cancellation Policy is not applicable if the conference is postponed due to natural disasters or unpredictable activities beyond organizers control including without limitation, force majeure, natural disasters, sabotage, accident, trade or industrial disputes, terrorism, strikes or hostilities. The organizer will provide opportunity for the registered participants to transfer their registration fee and accommodation charges to any future editions or related conferences.

3. User Conduct

When using our website and participating in our conferences, you agree to conduct yourself respectfully and professionally. You must not:

– Engage in any form of harassment, abuse, or discrimination against any other participant, speaker, or staff.

– Post, share, or transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

– Infringe on the intellectual property rights of Nexovo Conferences or any third party.

– Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the website or access any data or content that you are not authorized to access.

Nexovo Conferences reserves the right to remove any content or restrict access to any user who violates these terms.
